“Credit Risk Management Software” of CCX manages the credit risk from the very beginning of customer development, to order placement till accounts collection. As a major tool for building the internal credit risk management system of an enterprise, the software aims to eliminate the risk of payment default, promote the sale of products and enhance the competitive power of enterprises. 1. Management on Customers’ Information
In this module, enterprise inputs and searches customers’ information and conducts electronic management on customers’ records uniformly.
2. Rating on Customers’ Credit
The credit rating model embedded in the system automatically assigns rating on customers’ credit based on the quantitative and qualitative factors collected, to facilitate grouping and managing customers.
3. Management on Credit Customers
The risk control model embedded in the system assigns credit line and term to customers based on the credit rating and transaction conditions, so as to manage customers’ credit and risks in a quantitative method.
4. Management on Payment
The system enables enterprises to manage the workflow of order--delivery--payment by the electronic tracing function, realize risk monitoring and control, master the order execution status and finally enhance the comprehensive competitive power.
5. Management on A/R Collection
This module release alerts to the fall-due or past-due accounts receivable, reminds the enterprises of prevention and collection, so as to eliminate the loss risk of credit sale and reduce the rate of bad account.
6. Management on Tabulation
This module consists of two sub-modules, namely, Statistic Tabulation and Tabulation Analysis. It automatically generates Customers Tabulation, Orders Tabulation, A/R Tabulation, etc, gives integrated analysis and provides all-sided data support for the decision-making of enterprises. |
