China Chengxin Credit Management Co., Ltd. (CCX) was originally established on Oct. 8, 1992 under company name of China Chengxin Securities Appraisal Co., Ltd., which was a joint-stock non-banking financial institution engaged in credit rating, financial & securities consulting and information services as authorized by the people's Bank of China. In order to develop such new business like credit inquiry and market research, Chengxin Securities Appraisal Co., Ltd. altered its company name to China Chengxin Credit Management Co., Ltd. as authorized by State Administration For Industry & Commerce, becoming a comprehensive credit management agency in Sept. 2002.
CCX's business activities in rating, credit inquiry, account receivable management and market survey are respectively handled by CCX's stock-holding subsidiaries-China Chengxin International Credit Rating Co., Ltd., China Chengxin Credit Information Service Co., Ltd., Credit Account Receivable Management Division and China Chengxin Market Survey Co., Ltd.

With nearly fifty-year history, China Credit Information Service, Ltd. (CCIS) focused on credit inquiry with diverse derivative information services. Its predecessor --China Credit Agency was founded in 1961 as a subsidiary of The China Time. In 1966, China Credit Agency was restructured into China Credit Information Service, Ltd. (CCIS) in 1966.
Besides cooperation with Associated Credit Bureaus Inc. on global credit inquiry, CCIS expanded its business to Hong Kong and China Mainland so as to form a complete information service system.
CCIS provides following services on basis of comprehensive data: credit inquiry, property appraisal, market research, related publishing, property credit inquiry, overdue accounts collection. In 2002, CCIS peered off Property Appraisal Department and established VerTrust Property Management & Consulting Co., Ltd. to specialize in estate appraisal, enterprise property appraisal, project research & planning and property agent service.
